Our Story

The Willhaus concept was ultimately born after my mother was given an Alzheimer's diagnosis, and my family began a personal search for next steps. Together, my sisters and I sought to develop a solution for memory care that met the pinnacle of standards for our beloved mom. As the disease progressed, the next steps for care options were explored.

Eventually, the door opened to Lovey Lane, the one place where the care solution came to fruition in a beautiful Tudor-style home in a nature-filled setting. Through God’s guidance, we found resources which provided avenues to build and operate a home where our mother could find care in a peaceful, serene setting. Willhaus brings the best talent, technology and comfort into a beautiful home set on five acres of Texas nature. This vision is born out of a personal need for our mom. It is a place where we instill our values of dignity, trust, and services for those that deserve to be honored.
